You can change the difficulty by selecting "New Game" and selecting between Beginner (just one suit), Intermediate (two suits), and Advanced (all four suits).

Select "Stats" to open the statistics dialog and then select "Clear Stats".
You can temporarily stack different suits on top of each other to help uncover cards, but that stack won't be complete and disappear unless it's all the same suit. You also cannot move a stack unless it is all the same suit.
If there are any empty holes on the board, you are not allowed to deal cards from the stock pile. In this case, just fill the empty holes with a card from another stack.
