Player support

 

Please consult the game help section for rules and instructions on to play the game. You can access the instructions by pressing the button with a "?" icon on it in the upper left of the main menu.

Your score is similar to an ELO rating. It starts at 1200, and goes up and down as you win and lose games. If you beat highly rated opponents, your score will go up more than if you beat lower rated ones. The actual score you had within a game is not counted.

If you click on another player's avatar, a predefined list of chat options should appear that you can send directly to that player. You can have a private chat with a player by friending them and selecting them in your friends list.

The star means that the user is your friend in the game. You can view and remove friends from the star menu at the top right of the screen.

Click on the "Custom Game" button on the main menu and press the "Create Game" button to start the process. You can choose the rule set, name of your game, number of real players vs. bot players, and whether the game is public or private. Private games require a password to join.

 

Once you create the game, other players will be able to see your game in the list and join if they wish. The game will not start unless the room has been filled or the person who created the game manually starts the game. Any unfilled spots will be filled with bot players.

Your account stores your avatar, nickname, and game stats. Signing in allows you to use the same account on multiple devices. To create a new account you have to:

 

1. Open the options dialog (gear icon in upper left of the main menu screen)
2. Click the empty text box in the bottom of the dialog
3. Enter your email address and click "Submit"
4. Click the "Login" button
5. Enter your new password twice and click "Submit"

 

After that your account will be created and you will be logged in. If it says that the password is incorrect, then there is already an account registered for the given email address. To login to an existing account on another device, repeat the same steps as above (you will only have to enter your password once this time).

 

To resolve any issues with an existing account, contact support using the email address associated with the account and we can help reset your password.

General questions

  1. Open up the start menu and type "apps and features"
  2. Click on the Apps and Features line with a gear or list icon next to it
  3. Find the game in the list, select it, and select "uninstall"

Many of our games are free to download in the app store. In order to keep publishing games for free, we must display advertisements in some of our games. The money earned from displaying these ads goes directly to funding the development of new free games. As of right now, there are no options to pay to remove advertisements from any of our free games.
